
During the Supreme Court hearing on the Pegasus surveillance case, Chief Justice of India (CJI) NV Ramana stated that the panel appointed by the apex court stated that the government of India has not cooperated in the investigation.

After several delays, the panel finally submitted its report on August 9. While the decision is still pending, the Supreme Court is currently hearing the case, with CJI Ramana hearing the historic case on his penultimate day as India’s Chief Justice.
