Recent reports have witnessed a resurgence of infectious diseases such as leprosy and tuberculosis (TB), while, Human Papilloma, Zika and Nipah viruses emerge as new threats to public health infrastructure. With over 8 million TB cases reported in 2023 alone, there is a wide scope for accessible and scalable diagnostic solutions in India.
