In a significant move to accelerate India’s vision for Startup India @ 2047: Unfolding the Bharat Story, the organizing committee of Startup Mahakumbh, supported by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), has announced an evening of innovation and entrepreneurship at Vanijya Bhawan, Delhi.
The event will welcome delegates from over 50 countries and will set the stage for the grand second edition of Startup Mahakumbh. It will provide an opportunity to witness the scale and ambition of India’s largest startup congregation. The second edition of Startup Mahakumbh is scheduled to take place at Bharat Mandapam from April 3-5, 2025.
Positioned as a landmark initiative to shape the future of India’s startup ecosystem, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 aims to drive India towards becoming a self-reliant and innovation-driven Viksit Bharat by 2047.
The event will feature sectoral pavilions dedicated to cutting-edge industries including AI, Deeptech & Cybersecurity, HealthTech & BioTech, AgriTech, Climate Tech, Incubators & Accelerators, D2C, FinTech, Gaming & Sports, B2B & Precision Manufacturing, Defence & Space Tech, and Mobility. Each pavilion will showcase exhibitions, conference sessions, masterclasses, pitching opportunities, and roundtables to provide global exposure and foster collaboration for Indian startups.

Startup Mahakumbh is a first-of-its-kind event designed to bring together India’s entire startup ecosystem, including startups, investors, incubators, accelerators, and industry leaders. The highly anticipated second edition of Startup Mahakumbh follows the resounding success of its inaugural edition. The flagship event previously attracted over 48,581 business visitors, engaging with 1,306 exhibitors, including the finest startups, soonicorns, and unicorns from 26+ states and 14+ countries. It also hosted over 300 incubators and accelerators and featured participation from 200+ leading angel investors, venture capitalists, and family offices.
